This unique porcelain lamp ' Woodcocks' was inspired by the cycle of the seasons and the variety and beauty of the Cornish landscape. This particular piece was inspired by tangled woodland paths and winter in Cornwall.
This handmade, porcelain lamp is slip cast and sandblasted using an intricate stencil as a mask. Amy sandblasts the work until the areas that are covered by the stencil stand proud. The stencil is then removed, revealing the design.
This piece is pure creamy porcelain, and is 34 x 10cms.
All the designs have been professionally tested and are certified as compliant with all relevant UK electrical safety standards. This lamp comes complete with a 1.8m (6’) switched braided flex and bulb. US and EU fittings are also available, please let me know when you order if you would prefer one of these.
